The building’s form is guided by a modernist approach to proportion and clarity, using clean lines and simple geometry to express civic dignity without excess. The composition balances rectilinear glass volumes with a cylindrical metallic form, symbolizing the union of tradition and innovation a nod to the village’s heritage while embracing forward‑thinking design. The plan encourages fluid movement and visual continuity. The main hall and ancillary spaces are arranged to promote flexibility suitable for gatherings, exhibitions, and events. The glazed frontage ensures visual engagement between interior activity and exterior landscape, fostering a sense of openness and belonging.
The extensive glass façade invites daylight deep into the interior, reinforcing transparency and accessibility — key values for a community space. Warm horizontal timber panels soften the modern aesthetic, adding tactile warmth and a natural connection to the surrounding landscape.
