About this project
The design concept is a striking fusion of organic form and engineered precision a sculptural building that feels both futuristic and deeply connected to its landscape.
Design concept for a village hall in Norwich. Civic and community architecture.
The sweeping, shell-like roof evokes motion and protection, almost like a wave frozen mid-crest. It’s a dynamic gesture that defines the entire composition. The curved geometry shows advanced fabrication, possibly parametric design or tensile shell engineering. The exposed truss detailing at the entrance adds a crafted, expressive touch.
The exterior uses brushed metal panels for a sleek, aerodynamic look, contrasting beautifully with the warm timber soffit inside a dialogue between technology and nature.
