The left building’s horizontal timber fins create a rhythmic, wave-like façade that feels tactile and warm, while the right building’s elliptical glass layers express motion and futurism almost like a sculpted vessel or seed pod. The palm-lined boulevard and lush landscaping evoke a resort-like atmosphere, softening the architectural intensity and connecting the built environment to nature.

The juxtaposition of natural wood tones and reflective glass embodies a balance between earth and sky, grounding the development while projecting sophistication. Extensive glazing invites natural light and visual connection, reinforcing openness and vitality key traits of contemporary urban luxury.
