The twin structures are composed of rhythmic volumes with softly undulating zinc roofs, evoking fluidity and grace. The curvature introduces a sense of movement and grandeur, reminiscent of royal pavilions but expressed through modern restraint. The layout encourages symmetry and procession, with landscaped walkways leading to each entrance, evoking a sense of ceremony.

The combination of natural stone, vertical timber cladding, and white render creates a refined balance between tradition and innovation. The stone anchors the design in permanence, while the timber adds warmth and human scale together symbolising strength and hospitality. Fenestration: Expansive glazing and slender vertical windows bring in abundant light, emphasizing transparency and openness qualities that align with contemporary royal architecture focused on accessibility and connection.
