Commercial building renovation in Royal Tunbridge Wells. Commercial sector experience in the south of England.

The original structure was a simple two‑storey building with a pitched roof and three open garage bays supported by red steel columns. The façade was plain white brickwork, functional but dated, serving primarily as a car park and storage area. The surrounding asphalt surface lacked definition, and the overall appearance was industrial and uninviting. This award‑winning renovation demonstrates how thoughtful design can breathe new life into an overlooked structure. The project stands as a testament to adaptive reuse, craftsmanship, and design innovation, turning a simple garage into a landmark studio that embodies modern elegance and purpose.

The open bays were replaced with large glazed panels and doors, introducing natural light and creating a welcoming, gallery‑like frontage. The refreshed white brick exterior, accented with black framing and signage, gives the building a crisp, contemporary identity.
